Ladies for Life is a monthly meeting for women whose lives have been touched by addiction. Whether personally or someone in your life: a spouse, child, friend, neighbor, or co-worker, Ladies for Life will be an encouragement and help to you!

LAUGHTER: Each meeting will start with a time of refreshments and fellowship.

INSPIRATION: Sometimes in life even the most basic skills can be lost- organization, keeping the house clean, or simply making the most of your time. L4L will inspire you with “how-to’s” in each of those areas and much more.

FAITH: Our greatest strength for life comes from Jesus Christ and our faith is grown in Him. You’ll be encouraged with special speakers and mentors who will help to develop our faith.

ENCOURAGEMENT: At Ladies for Life you will be reminded you are not alone and without hope, but loved by the Lord. Before you leave for the evening you will hear from other ladies of their love for the Lord and for you!

Mark your calendar today! The meetings take place on the 3rd Monday of each month. Ladies for Life is hosted by Valley Forge Baptist Temple in the Common Grounds Cafe.

Men’s 4th Talk is a monthly meeting for men, designed to provide quality teaching, support and encouragement for those recovering from the enslavement of addiction. We meet on the fourth Saturday of each month for a time of coffee and refreshment and a look into God’s Word at a topic that is sure to provide guidance and a challenge to men of all ages.

We as leaders and students are guided by 2 Timothy 2:24-26 which says, “And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; and that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.”

This program is offered for early release or parolee addicts. The program is a transitional accountability based reporting process. We have an application process to determine if one can qualify for the program. Once approved, please provide the contact information of a magistrate judge, lawyer, case worker, or parole officer.

We provide a letter of proposal for the program. The proposal includes the various facets of requirements, reports, and accountability procedures that will be set in place as a part of the program.

Approximately 70 percent of people incarcerated in prisons and jails have used drugs regularly during their lifetime as compared with about 9 percent of the general population. In addition drug related crimes cost an estimated 107 billion dollars in the US annually. Despite these alarming statistics only an estimated 20 percent of U.S. inmates with addictions receive some treatment while incarcerated, and of those treatment options few have the only real answer Jesus Christ.

We can help you if you’re looking for a faith based alternative program that has a proven track record helping the addicted find ongoing sobriety and decreasing recidivism rates. Contact us today we would be glad to send you an informational packet explaining how Reformers Unanimous can help you reach the incarcerated.

This program is offered at the Reformers Unanimous International Headquarters in Rockford, IL.
