Dave Mengel - Director
Saved at age 7, Dave wanted to be either a preacher or an architect. As a graduate of Temple University, he spent 35 years as a Bridge Design Supervisor. With credentials as a U.S. Army veteran, Dave has a strong sense of duty and desire to help people. He is married with two children and five grandchildren. As the assistant director, Dave is realizing his goal of being involved in ministry and investing in lives.

Pastor Lamar Eifert - Counseling Pastor

While working for a major pharmaceutical company, the Lord called Pastor Eifert into full-time ministry, and he was ordained in May 2000. Pastor Eifert is the Pastor of Family Ministries and Counseling at VFBT. He received his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary and is a certified biblical counselor with NANC (National Association of Nouthetic Counselors). He is also the director of the Valley Forge Biblical Counseling Center operated out of Valley Forge Baptist Temple. He is married to Ann, and they have three children, Eric, Kendra and Allison.
